Judges will look for
- An original idea that responds clearly to the theme One Minute in... and offers a distinctive personal perspective.
- Strong visual choices, including composition, color, framing, movement, and overall image quality.
- A clear sense of progression, whether through narrative, rhythm, contrast, transformation, or emotional development.
- A meaningful portrayal of American city culture through places, people, sounds, history, daily life, or atmosphere.
- Polished editing, sound design, timing, and overall production quality.

Terms
- Grand Prize winners are not eligible for the Featured Selection Award.
- Winners will be announced after the challenge concludes and final review is completed.
- Credit rewards will be distributed within 2 weeks after the challenge ends.
- Credit rewards are valid for 2 months from the date of issuance.
- All entries must be original and must not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other lawful rights and interests.
- Any legal disputes arising from entries shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.
