You can switch projects by clicking My Project in the upper-right corner of the page. Then, choose the project you'd like to open from the drop-down menu.

To download a video, open the video in the Pollo AI app to enter the full-screen preview page. Then, tap the Download button in the bottom-right corner.

To delete your account, click Project in the upper-right corner of the page and select My Account from the drop-down menu. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete Account.

To confirm, please enter Delete My Account And My Subscription exactly as shown in English.

• Videos must be up to 30 seconds in MP4, MOV, or WebM format, with each side between 540 and 2048 px.
• Images must be in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format, with a resolution from 512 × 512 px to 4096 × 4096 px.

You can find your downloaded videos in your phone's photo gallery after saving them from the Pollo AI app.

You can find your Pollo Agent videos on the Pollo Agent page under History, or by going to Assets in the left sidebar and opening the Agent tab.
