1、 What are Pollo Credits?
Pollo Credits are virtual currency for paying for Pollo AI services like image/video generation, AI models, and other premium features. You can buy credits anytime, or earn them through rewards and special offers. Credits are not cash and can't be withdrawn.
2、 What types of Pollo Credits are there, and do they expire?

4、 How do Pollo Credits get used up?
Our credits are deducted based on the tool and model you use, video duration, number of outputs, image or video resolution, and other factors.
5、 In what order are credits consumed?
Credits that expire sooner are used first:
Subscription credits → Bonus credits → Add-on credits.
6、 How do I check my credit balance and usage history?
To check your current credit balance and your history of credit usage, go to Billing -> Usage.
7、 Why can't I use certain features even though I have enough credits?
Some features require an active subscription, for example, watermark-free downloads, opting out of community sharing, or enabling privacy protection for shared content.
8、 Can I still use my credits after my membership expires?
You can still use your add-on credits and bonus credits after your membership expires; they don’t expire.
However, subscription credits work differently. They reset at the end of each billing cycle, which means any unused or remaining subscription credits will expire and cannot be used after that point.
9、 What's your refund policy?
You can request a refund for subscription credits within 3 days of your first purchase as long as you meet the eligibility criteria. Add-on credits are not refundable but won't expire. For full details, please check our Refund Policy.
